This Is A Gluten Free Egg Sandwich – Yes, It's Delicious!

It's been a long holiday, but I'm back. I've posted my first post vacation recipe yesterday on my Facebook page. It was a recipe for an awesome fries. You can check that recipe at the bottom of the page. But before you watch that, let's eat something healthy.

Today on the menu I've got a nice, gluten free egg sandwich. As pretty much all of my recipes, it's really easy to make. You'll need like 10 minutes and like 9 ingredients. Check them below and make one for yourself.

Ingredients:

– gluten free chicken ham
– cherry tomatoes
– paprika
– 2 eggs
– gluten free bread
– spices: salt, pepper, basil
– fresh basil

Preparation:

1. Slice the ham, tomatoes and paprika and fry them for a few minutes.

2. Crack two eggs in a bowl, mix them and then add spices and mix some more.

3. Add eggs to the fried ham, tomatoes and paprika. Fry them for a few minutes or the way you like your eggs.

4. Toast the bread, spread the eggs on it and sprinkle some fresh basil.

5. Serve the sandwich with a glass of orange juice.

Sastojci:

– gluten free pileća šunka
– cherry paradajz
– paprika
– 2 jajeta
– gluten free hljeb
– začini: sol, biber, boiljak
– svježi bosiljak

Priprema:

1. Isjeckajte šunku, paradajz i papriku i prepržite ih nekoliko minuta.

2. “Ubijte” dva jajeta u zdjelu, umutite i dodajte začine. Zatim mutite još malo.

3. Dodajte jaja šunki, paradajzu i papriki. Pržite ih još nekoliko minuta ili onako kako volite.

4. Tostirajte hljeb, stavite jaje i pospite malo svježeg bosiljka.

5. Servirajte sendvič s čašom svježe iscjeđenog soka od narandže.
