Voćni čokoladni muffini s Plazmom – recept

Ljeto mrzim! Zbog vrućine, da se zna, ali volim šta ljeto donosi što se tiče voća i povrća, ali i drugih vrsta hrane.

Kako ublažiti vrućinu? Jedan od načina je i ovaj hladni slatkiš s voćem. Pripremio sam vam voćne čokoladne muffine s Plazmom.

Ne treba vam mnogo sastojaka, niti vremena da se napravi, samo pratite upute i ubrzo ćete se rashladiti.

Sastojci:

– 300g čokolade za kuhanje ili mliječne
– pola šolje malina
– 1 breska
– 1 šolja Plazme
– malo maslaca

Priprema:

1. Muffin kalup namastite maslacem i pospite Plazmom.

2. U kalupe stavite voće.

3. Istopite čokoladu na pari, u koju ćete dodati ono što je preostalo Plazme i ulijte u kalup, kao što vidite na slici.

4. Kalup stavite u zamrzivač na maksimalno 25 minuta, ili ostavite u frižider preko noći.

Servirajte uz još malo plazme i uživajte!

INmusic festival je najbolja kombinacija hrane i muzike

Razlog zašto nisam dugo objavljivao na blogu je taj što sam bio na INmusic festivalu. Na ovom sam festivalu bio mnogo puta i svaki put sam se iznenadio kako imaju dobru hranu. Na mom drugom portalu Muzickazona.ba, više sam pisao o muzici i šta se dešavalo s muzičke strane, ali sam zato ove godine odlučio pisati i o hrani.

Teško je obići sve moguće festivale i probati hranu, ali od ovih koje sam do sada posjetio, moram izdvojiti INmusic kao festival s najboljom ponudom. Možda se nekima ne sviđa ono što se nudi na festivalu, ali za mene je ovo za sada najbolja ponuda koja postoji.

Na Jarunu je veliki broj šatora s hranom. Najviše je mesa, što se podrazumjeva jer je potrebno za energiju. Nije lako osam sati (ili duže) skakati, plesati i pjevati. Ali u ponudi su i vegetarijanske i  veganske opcije, što znači da ima za svakoga po nešto.

Ćevapi – šta je život bez ćevapa, zar ne? Na Jarunu je moguće jesti zagrebačke ćevape, koji, moram priznati i nisu toliko loši. Nije kao da su u rangu sa sarajevskim s Čaršije, ali mogu biti u sarajevskoj B kategoriji.

Osim ćevapa na Jarunu moguće je pojesti i kebab, ali i hamburger, palačinke, kokice, pizze, gyrose, ali i longaš, što je tijesto isprženo u ulju u koje je moguće namazati slane ili slatke namaze.

Ipak od svih šatora najviše me impresionirao “Sri Lankan Food” šator, koji je u svojoj ponudi imao prženu rižu s piletinom, teletinom ili škampama. Pred tim šatorom uvijek je bio najduži red, vjerovatno zbog Indijca koji je služio hranu i zabavljao ljude. Ako ste nekad u Zagrebu, a niste na INu, onda fenomenalna indijska jela možete probati u njegovom restoranu Curry Bowl, koji se nalazi u Tkalčićevoj ulici.

Nije lako za tri dana obići sve šatore i probati svu hranu, ali sljedeće godine ako bude ista ponuda, slobodno mi se javite da odemo nešto pojesti.

Treba samo napomenuti da ove godine nije bilo šatora s morskom hranom, sjećam se da je nakad davno bilo, ali očekujem da će biti sljedeće godine.

Delicious Vegetarian Zucchini Boats With Lots Of Cheese

Hey guy! I have to say I'm very sorry I haven't posted anything in a while, at least here on the blog.

I've been making a lot of video recipes, which you can find on my Facebook page. I've also launched my first YouTube show, The Burger Show, with my friend Žarko. The first episode is online, on my YouTube channel. Make sure to subscribe for more episodes and more recipes.

For this week I've head in mind something else, but due to the fact that I have to post a video recipe tomorrow, I've decided to make this week regular.

I'm gonna start it with these vegetarian zucchini boats with lots of cheese. Lets get into the recipe, which is very easy to make.

Ingredients:

– 2 zucchinis
– 15 cherry tomatoes
– Trappist cheese
– spices: salt, pepper, basil, smoked salt

Preparation:

1. Wash the zucchini and cut the into boats (see the pictures).

2. Put them on a parchment paper in a pan and then in the preheated oven at 275C/520F.

3. Bake for 15 minutes then take them out and put the sliced cherry tomatoes on the zucchini. Add the salt and cover them with a lot of cheese and then add the rest of the spices.

4. Put them back in the oven until the cheese is melted.

5. Serve them with a seasonal salad and Feta cheese.

Sastojci:

– 2 tikvice
– paradajz cherry – 15 komada
– sir trapist
– začini: sol, biber, bosiljak, dimljena sol.

Priprema:

1. Operite tikvice i izrežite tako da formirate brodiće (pogledajte slike)

2. Stavite ih na papir za kuhanje i na tavu te u zagrijanu rernu na 275 stepeni.

3. Pecite 15-ak minuta, zatim ih izvadite i dodajte paradajz isječen na dva dijela. Posolite i prekrijte sir, te na to dodajte ostatak začina.

4. Vratite ih u rernu dok se sir ne istopi.

5. Servirajte sa sezonskom salatom i Feta sirom.
