3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes – Yes, It's Delicious!

Hey, guys, welcome to the first ever “sweets week” on my blog. Basically it was time that this happened.

I love sweets, chocolate is my favorite, I love different kinds of cakes, different kinds of sweets. that's why I've decided to dedicate a whole week to sweets.

As you are aware of the fact that I do quick and tasty meals, that will be the same situation with the sweets. Healthy, tasty and quick to make these 3 ingredient banana pancakes are the best thing that you'll eat today.

Ingredients:

– 1 banana
– an egg
– cinnamon
– dark chocolate

1. Crack an egg in a blender and slice a banana in it. Add a tea spoon of cinnamon and blend it. If you don't have a blender, you can also use a mixer.

2. Fry it on a pan over a medium temperature for 4 minutes on each side. You can fry them with olive oil or butter.

3. Melt dark chocolate (as mush as you like) on steam and pour it over the pancake.

Serve it on a plate and sprinkle some more cinnamon, if you like.

Sastojci za palačinke s bananama, jajetom i cimetom:

– 1 banana
– jaje
– cimet
– čokolada za kuhanje

1. Razbijte jaje u blender i isjeckajte bananu. Dodajte jednu čajnu kašiku cimeta i izblendajte. Ukoliko nemate blender, možete koristiti mikser.

2. Palačinke ispržite na tavi, na srednjoj temperaturi otprilike 4 minute na svakoj strani. Palačinke možete pržiti na maslinovom ulju ili na maslacu.

3. Istopite čokoladu (onoliko koliko želite) na pari i pospite po palačincima.

Servirajte na tanjiru i dodajte još malo cimeta.

This Awesome Chicken Burger Was Baked, Not Fried

Here's a bit healthier burger for you guys. It's a a baked chicken burger, very delicious and very easy to make.

I'm still searching for that perfect burger recipe, so as per usual, you'll read and hopefully eat a lot of burger that I make until I find that perfect recipe.

So as the journey continues, enjoy this baked chicken burger.

Ingredients:

– chicken file
– breadcrumbs
– flour
– an egg
– Gouda cheese
– bun
– spices: chili, oregano, chive, pepper, smoked salt
– sauce: ketchup, mayo, oregano
– vegetables: paprika, spring onions, rucola

Preparation:

1. Wash the chicken, dry it and cut it into two pieces. Put flour in one plate, en egg in another and mix it, and in the third put the breadcrumbs and spice them up.

2. Put the chicken in flour then in the plate with the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Put the meat on a baking pan with parchment paper and put it in the preheated oven at 275C/525F.

3. Prepare the sauce and chop the vegetables while the meat is baking. Put 2 tablespoons of ketchup in a small bowl and add mayo. Sprinkle with oregano and stir it up. Leave it aside while you chop up the vegetables, which ever way you want.

4. The burger is done when it becomes brown-is, but 3 minutes before the meat is done, put some cheese on it and let it melt.

5. While the cheese is melting, spread the sauce on the bun, put some rucola on it, then put the meat and finish with paprika and spring onions.

Serve it with a beer or soda and enjoy!

Sastojci za pileći burger bez prženja:

– pileći file
– prezla
– brašno
– jaje
– Gauda sir
– peciva
– začini: čili, origano, vlasac, biber, dimljena sol
– sos: kečap, majoneza, origano
– povrće: paprika, mladi luk, rukola

Priprema:

1. Operite piletinu i osušite. Izrežite file na pola. Zatim u jedan tanjir naspite brašno, u drugi jaje i izmutite ga, u treći stavite prezlu u koju ćete dodati začine.

2. Piletinu uvaljajte u brašno, zatim jaje te prezlu i stavite na tepsiju, na koju ste već stavili papir za pečenje. Tepsiju zatim stavite u zagrijanu rernu na 275 stepeni.

3. Dok se meso peče, napravite sos i izrežite povrće. U malu zdjelu stavite 2 supene kašike kečapa i jednu majoneze te dodajte origana. Sve dobro izmješajte. Zatim isjeckajte povrće na komadiće kako želite.

4. Meso će biti gotovo kad dobije smeđkastu boju, ali 3 minute prije nego je gotov, stavite malo sira i pustite da se istopi.

5. dok se sir topi, na pecivo namažite sos i stavite rukolu, zatim na to dodajte meso i preko dodajte luk i papriku.

Servirajte uz pivo ili sok.

I've Made The Simplest Kebab Pizza Ever – Yes, It's Delicious

I've heard about it, but I've never tried it until today (well yesterday when I made it) – Kebab pizza.

I've seen some footage of this kind of pizza but never thought about making it. I have tried kebab pizza with chicken meat, but that's basically chicken pizza. There is something different about the beef meat in a kebab, I can't explain it. So I've been thinking about making one and it happened this weekend. It came out perfect. Just follow the simple recipe and you'll do just fine.

Ingredients:

– plain flour
– yeast
– olive oil
– salt
– Basillico sauce
– oregano
– Kebab meat (beef)
– Mozzarella cheese
– Gouda cheese

Preparation:

For the dough

1. Pour 50ml/1.5oz of warm water in a small bowl and add yeast. Make sure to cover the water with yeast then stir it and leave it aside.
2. Put 300g/10.5oz of plain flour and put it in a bowl. Add a table spoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Stir it while you add warm water. First you'll add 100ml/3.5oz, then add the yeast, and if necessary, add more water. It will be enough when the dough does not stick to the wall of the bowl.
3. Put the dough on a table and knead it for 10 minutes or less. Then put it in a bowl and leave it for a few hours somewhere warm.

For the toppings

1. Put 6 tablespoons of Basillico tomato sauce in a small bowl and add a pinch of oregano. Mix it together and leave it aside. I was a bit lazy to make my own, but the store-bought was awesome.
2. Grate some Mozzarella and Gouda cheese and also leave it aside until you make the pizza.

Method

Take the dough out of the bowl and form a pizza. Put the sauce on the pizza and add the cheese, but leave a handful so you can put it on the pizza later. Put the pizza in a preheated oven at 275C/525F and bake it for 10 minutes. Then take it out and put the kebab meat. I've used lamb meat that I've bought at my local Kebab shop. Put the leftover cheese over it and put it back in the oven. As soon as the cheese is melted, take it out and serve it.

It is so delicious, even my girlfriend, who does not like kebab meat liked it.
