Hey guy! I have to say I'm very sorry I haven't posted anything in a while, at least here on the blog.
I've been making a lot of video recipes, which you can find on my Facebook page. I've also launched my first YouTube show, The Burger Show, with my friend Žarko. The first episode is online, on my YouTube channel. Make sure to subscribe for more episodes and more recipes.
For this week I've head in mind something else, but due to the fact that I have to post a video recipe tomorrow, I've decided to make this week regular.
I'm gonna start it with these vegetarian zucchini boats with lots of cheese. Lets get into the recipe, which is very easy to make.
Ingredients:
– 2 zucchinis
– 15 cherry tomatoes
– Trappist cheese
– spices: salt, pepper, basil, smoked salt
Preparation:
1. Wash the zucchini and cut the into boats (see the pictures).
2. Put them on a parchment paper in a pan and then in the preheated oven at 275C/520F.
3. Bake for 15 minutes then take them out and put the sliced cherry tomatoes on the zucchini. Add the salt and cover them with a lot of cheese and then add the rest of the spices.
4. Put them back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
5. Serve them with a seasonal salad and Feta cheese.

Sastojci:
– 2 tikvice
– paradajz cherry – 15 komada
– sir trapist
– začini: sol, biber, bosiljak, dimljena sol.
Priprema:
1. Operite tikvice i izrežite tako da formirate brodiće (pogledajte slike)
2. Stavite ih na papir za kuhanje i na tavu te u zagrijanu rernu na 275 stepeni.
3. Pecite 15-ak minuta, zatim ih izvadite i dodajte paradajz isječen na dva dijela. Posolite i prekrijte sir, te na to dodajte ostatak začina.
4. Vratite ih u rernu dok se sir ne istopi.
5. Servirajte sa sezonskom salatom i Feta sirom.
