Kako napraviti pecivo za burgere?

Iako je sezona roštilja skoro pa gotova, to ne znači da trebate prestati s prženjem fenomenalnih burgera. Za burgere trebat će vam i pecivo, pa zašto ne bi napravili domaće pecivo?

Recept je vrlo jednostavan i mogli ste ga pročitati na blogu u engleskoj verziji, ali vrijeme je i za našu. Sastojke i način pripreme pročitajte na dnu stranice.

Podsjetit ću vas da druga sezona Burger Showa stiže sljedećeg mjeseca na Take Me To Food YouTube kanal. Moram priznati da vas očekuje veliki broj preukusnih burgera. Pripremite se, burgeri dolaze!

– 3 supene kašike mlakog mlijeka
– 1 šolja mlake vode
– 2 ¼ čajne kašike kvasca
– 2 ½ supene kašike šećera
– 2 jajeta
– 3 1/3 šolje brašna
– 1 ½ čajnih kaiška soli
– 3 supene kašike maslaca

Mlako mlijeko i vodu stavite u veću zdjelu i dodajte kvasac. Promješajte i dodajte šećer i jedno jaje. Još miješajte te dodajte brašno. Miješajte nekoliko minuta te dodajte sol i maslac, koji je bio na sobnoj temperaturi. Još miješajte i nakon nekoliko minuta izvadite tijesto i mijesite rukama na podlozi do pet minuta. Stavite u zdjelu i ostavite na nekoliko sati.

Nakon nekoliko sati, izvadite tijesto i mijesite rukama nekoliko minuta i onda podijelite na 8 jednakih dijelova. Napravite oblik peciva i stavite u tepsiju (na papir za pečenje ili je namastite maslacem). Prekrijte ih krpom i ostavite 15ak minuta. Zatim ubijte jaje u malu zdjelu, zamutite i razmažite na pecivo i pospite susamom.

Pecite na 200 stepeni dok ne dobiju smeđkastu boju.

Napravio sam pizzu ispod sača

Vrijeme godišnjeg odmora moju curu i mene odvelo je na selo. Pobjegli smo od civiliazcije, da smirimo uši od gradske buke, a i vrućine.

Ipak od vrućine nismo pobjegli jer je i na velikoj nadmorskoj visini bilo prevruće, a i mi smo skoro svaki dan palili roštilj.

Drugi dan boravka na selu smo umjesto roštilja odlučili napraviti pizzu ispod sača. Recept za pizzu je standardni, koji ste već mogli čitati na ovim stranicama. Ako niste, pročitajte ovdje.

Od toppingsa ovaj put sam koristio Barilal basilico sos, papriku, mozarella sir, luk, sudžuku i pileću šunku.

Ako ste nekad već pravili sač, znate da je za meso i krompir potrebno mnogo vatre, za pizzu baš i ne. Nije potrebno ni mnogo pečenja, slično kao i pizzci iz rerne, nekih 20-ak minuta, ali sve zavisi koliko ste vatre stavili.

Pizza je ispala odlično, samo što nismo slikali sam proces pečenja jer smo čistili sve i pekli. Uživajte u slikama i nadam se ćete nekad napraviti pizzu na ovaj način.

American Pancakes – Salty Breakfast Edition

American Pancakes – Salty Breakfast Edition

It's the weekend, and I'm hungry. Thinking of what to eat, and I get this idea of making american pancakes but salty.

I've had something to do in the morning, so I was getting really hungry. Finally at noon, I've made these pancakes, and my God of food, they were awesome.

Ingredients:

– 200g/7oz of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– salt
– sugar
– milk
– an egg
– olive oil
– smoked cheese
– chicken ham (or ham of your choosing)
– butter or some kind of cheese spread

Preparation:

1. Put the flour in a bowl and add a teaspoon of baking powder, half of teaspoon of sugar and two tablespoons of salt. Mix it all up.

2. In a small bowl pour 150ml/5oz of milk and crack an egg with one tablespoon of olive oil. Stir it and add to the dry ingredients. Stir it until the lumps disappear.

3.Heat a pan and oil it with a bit of vegetable oil. Then pour the mixture, put a bit of ham in it and fry it for two minutes or until the lower side becomes brown. Flip it and fry it until the side become brown.

4. Serve it with smoked cheese, butter or some kind of cheese spread.

Sastojci:

– 200g brašna
– prašak za pecivo
– sol
– šećer
– mlijeko
– jaje
– maslinovo ulje
– dimljeni sir
– šunka po želji
– maslac ili sirni namaz po želji

Priprema:

1. U veću posudu stavite 200g brašna, jednu čajnu kašiku praška za pecivo, pola čajne kašike šećera i dvije supene kašike soli. Malo promješajte.

2. U manju posudu ili čašu naspite 150ml mlijeka te dodajte jedno jaje i jednu supenu kašiku maslinovog ulja. Malo promješajte. Tu smjesu dodajte suhim sastojcima i mješajte dok grudvice nestanu.

3. Zagrijte tavu i namstite je uljem. S kutljačom smjesu prospite u tavu i formirajte palačinak. Zatim stavite šunku i pecite dvije minute ili dok donja strana ne dobije smeđkastu boju. Zatim okrenite na drugu stranu i također pržite dvije minute ili dok donja strana ne dobije smeđkastu boju.

4. Servirajte s dimljenim sirom, maslacom ili nekim sirnim namazom.
