Homemade Chicken Vegetable Soup Of The Day – Yes, It's Delicious

Soup of the day is chicken vegetable soup. I don't post a lot of soup recipes, but I will try to do so in the future.

The other day I've made this homemade chicken soup with frozen vegetables. It was delicious, as everything I make. Just kidding, I mess up sometimes.

If you're in the mood for a soup, or if you're getting a cold, this is a soup for you.

Ingredients:

– chicken (wing or a drumstick)
– water
– vegetables
– spices: salt, pepper, basil

1. Pour water into a pot, put it on a stove, add chicken and let the water boil.

2. When it boils add the vegetables and spices. Here in Bosnia we have frozen vegetables for soup so that's what I've used, but you can put what ever you want in it, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, etc.

3. Boil it for another 10 minutes, then lower the heat on medium and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes.

4. Pour the soup in a plate and serve it with some croutons.

– piletina (krilo ili batak)
– voda
– povrće
– začini: sol, biber, bosiljak

1. Naspite vode u šerpu, stavite na kolo, dodajte piletinu i pustite da voda provri.

2. Kada voda proključa, dodajte povrće i začine. Možete koristiti svježe povrće ili zamrznuto povrće za supu koje možete naći u svim marketima.

3. Neka voda vri još desetak minuta, zatim ćete smanjiti temperaturu na srednje te ostaviti tako još nekih 7-8 minuta.

4. Supu naspite u tanjir te servirajte s krutonima.

Damn Good Curry French Fries – Yes, It's Delicious

There was a time when I only ate standard French fries. Now everything has changed. I want to step up my fries game so I've stared to mix potatoes with different spices.

Today on the menu are these delicious fries with curry spice. In these few weeks I'll make different kinds of French fries and I will write about it.

Enjoy the today's recipes!

Ingredients:

– potatoes
– cheese (of your choosing)
– spices: curry, salt
– olive oil

For this batch I've used six medium sized potatoes. After you washed and peeled the potatoes, chop them up like fries and put them in a bowl. After that spice them with two tablespoons of curry spice, a pinch of salt and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

After you preheat the oven at 275C or 525F, put the parchment paper on the pan, then spread the fries all over it and then put the pan in the oven. Bake them until they get a brown-ish colour. Then take them out and grate a lot of cheese of your choosing. I've used Gouda. Put them back in the oven and let the cheese melt down. Then take them out, put a bit of ketchup or some other sauce in a small bowl, dip the fries in it and enjoy!

Sastojci za pomfrit s curryjem:

– krompir
– sir (koji god želite)
– začini: curry, sol
– maslinovo ulje

Operite i ogulite krompir te ga isjeckajte na komadiće, kao pomfrit. Zatim ih stavite u zdjelu te začinite s dvije supene kašike curry začina, prstohvatom soli i dodajte supenu kašiku maslinovog ulja. Sve to izmiješajte i stavite na tepsiju u koju prije toga stavite papir za pečenje.

Zatim tepsiju stavite u zagrijanu rernu na 275 stepeni i pecite dok kompir ne dobije smeđkastu boju. Nakon toga izvadite iz rerne i pospite s izrendanim sirom. Vi koristite koji god želite sir, ja sam koristio gaudu. Zatim vratite u rernu da se istopi sir.

Nakon toga izvadite iz rerne i servirajte uz kečap.

This Homemade Chicken Salad Is Frickin’ Delicious

I've made a pretty healthy meal. That is an accomplishment for me. Just kidding, you can find a lot of salads on this blog.

Today I've made my own version of Caesar salad. Yes, it's delicious!

Ingredients:

– lettuce
– spring onions
– paprika
– radish
– Chicken
– Caesar dressing
– Parmesan cheese
– spices: pepper, salt
– bread
– gluten free flour or plain flour

First thing you're going to do is wash the chicken, cut it into pieces and put it in the bowl. Sprinkle a table spoon of gluten free flour or plain flour and fry it in a pan. Use the olive oil or coconut oil. Salt it and pepper it.

While the chicken is frying, wash the vegetables, slice them into pieces, salt and pepper it. When the chicken is finished put it in a bowl with the salad and sprinkle a bit of Parmesan cheese. I had a store-bought Caesar dressing. Just put some dressing on the salad and it's ready. Toast a few slices of bread, slice them in small pieces and put them in the salad. Yes, it's delicious!

– salata
– mladi luk
– paprika
– rotkvica
– pileća prsa
– Cezar dresing
– Permezan
– začini: biber, sol
– hljeb
– gluten free brašno ili obično

Prvo što ćete uraditi jeste oprati piletinu i isjeckati na komadiće. Komadiće ostavite u zdjelu i uvaljajte u brašno, koje god želite. Zatim ispržite na maslinovom ulju, ali ne zboravite dodati sol i biber.

dok se piletina prži, operite povrće i isjeckajte na komadiće. Stavite u zdjelu, posolite i pobiberite.

Kada je piletina gotova dodajte je salati i sve dobro začinite. Pospite permezan sira i dodajte Cezar dresing (kupljeni). Tostirajte nekoliko kriški hljeba, izrežite na komadiće i ubacite u salatu.
