This Was A Weird Breakfast But I Like It

Yes, I need to post more. I've been focusing on video recipes and different kind of food videos. I've been neglecting my blog, and I'm very sorry.

You can check some of the new video on my Facebook page or my YouTube channel. I promise I will have more posts on this blog as soon as possible.

I've been thinking of what to make for breakfast past weekend and since I've had tortillas, I've decided to combine them with eggs. This is the final product. Weird breakfast I call it. You'll need an egg, cheese, spices and a bit of butter.

Let's start!

Ingredients:

– an egg
– tortilla
– Cheddar and Gouda cheese
– spices: salt, pepper, basil
– butter

Preparation:

1. Make an egg, sunny side up style. Make it on butter and spice it with salt and pepper.

2. Heat a pan, put the tortilla on it (you'll have to sprinkle some water on it so it doesn't burn) and after a minute add the cheese, either grated or chopped.

3. Let the cheese melt and put the egg on it.

Serve it on a plate and sprinkle basil on it. You can serve it orange juice.

– jaje
– tortilja
– sir čedar i gauda
– začini: sol, biber, bosiljak
– maslac

Priprema:

1. Napravite jaje na oko. Ispržite na maslacu i dodajte soli i bibera.

2. Zagrijte tavu i stavite tortilju na nju, ali je pokvasite malo prije kako ne bi izgorila. Nakon minute dodajte sir, kojeg možete nasjeckati ili izrendati.

3. Pustite da se sir istopi i dodajte jaje.

Poslužite na tanjiru i pospite malo bosiljka. Poslužite s čašom soka od narandže.

Uživajte!

American Pancakes – Salty Breakfast Edition

It's the weekend, and I'm hungry. Thinking of what to eat, and I get this idea of making american pancakes but salty.

I've had something to do in the morning, so I was getting really hungry. Finally at noon, I've made these pancakes, and my God of food, they were awesome.

Ingredients:

– 200g/7oz of flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– salt
– sugar
– milk
– an egg
– olive oil
– smoked cheese
– chicken ham (or ham of your choosing)
– butter or some kind of cheese spread

Preparation:

1. Put the flour in a bowl and add a teaspoon of baking powder, half of teaspoon of sugar and two tablespoons of salt. Mix it all up.

2. In a small bowl pour 150ml/5oz of milk and crack an egg with one tablespoon of olive oil. Stir it and add to the dry ingredients. Stir it until the lumps disappear.

3.Heat a pan and oil it with a bit of vegetable oil. Then pour the mixture, put a bit of ham in it and fry it for two minutes or until the lower side becomes brown. Flip it and fry it until the side become brown.

4. Serve it with smoked cheese, butter or some kind of cheese spread.

Sastojci:

– 200g brašna
– prašak za pecivo
– sol
– šećer
– mlijeko
– jaje
– maslinovo ulje
– dimljeni sir
– šunka po želji
– maslac ili sirni namaz po želji

Priprema:

1. U veću posudu stavite 200g brašna, jednu čajnu kašiku praška za pecivo, pola čajne kašike šećera i dvije supene kašike soli. Malo promješajte.

2. U manju posudu ili čašu naspite 150ml mlijeka te dodajte jedno jaje i jednu supenu kašiku maslinovog ulja. Malo promješajte. Tu smjesu dodajte suhim sastojcima i mješajte dok grudvice nestanu.

3. Zagrijte tavu i namstite je uljem. S kutljačom smjesu prospite u tavu i formirajte palačinak. Zatim stavite šunku i pecite dvije minute ili dok donja strana ne dobije smeđkastu boju. Zatim okrenite na drugu stranu i također pržite dvije minute ili dok donja strana ne dobije smeđkastu boju.

4. Servirajte s dimljenim sirom, maslacom ili nekim sirnim namazom.

As I've said in the previous milkshake recipe, summer is coming, so you need to be prepared for the heat.

Check the new smoothie recipe – healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:

– a cup of strawberries
– 4 cubes of ice
– half a glass of water
– 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons of honey

Preparation:

1. Put the strawberries and ice in the blender or slicer, add the water, vanilla extract and honey.

2. Let the blender of slicer do its thing and pour the smoothie in a cup.

Serve it with strawberries if you want to and enjoy!

– 1 šolja jagoda
– 4 kocke leda
– pola čaše vode
– 3 čajne kašike vanila ekstrakta
– 2 supene kašike meda

Priprema:

1. Stavite jagode i led u blender ili sjeckalicu te dodajte vodu, ekstrakt vanilije i med.

2. Upalite blender/sjeckalicu i pustite neka odrade svoje. Smoothie naspite u čašu.
