For the past few weeks I've made a lot of salads. Not on purpose, I do have to admit that. It came as a suggestion that “we need to eat healthier”.
In a series where I make salads, here's one with turkey meat and all the vegetables that I could find in the fridge. I did not have any Feta cheese, but you can add it if you like it.
I'm preparing for a week in which you'll only get sweet recipes, and that will happen next week, so eats some salad before it starts. I will present you five recipes that you can make in a few minutes but it will so delicious. Until then, enjoy this simple salad recipe.
Ingredients:
– lettuce
– tomatoe
– rucola
– corn
– paprika
– spring onions
– turkey meat
– raddish
– sesame seeds
– croutons
– spices: smoked salt, pepper, basil
1. Fry the turkey meat with olive oil. Don't forget to salt it and put some pepper in it too.
2. While that's cooking, chop the vegetables and put it in a bowl.
3. When the meat is done, combine it with the vegetables and add the spices. Stir it and add the croutons and sesame seeds.
Serve it with a nice healthy drink and enjoy!

– paradajz
– rukola
– kukuruz
– paprika
– mladi luk
– pureći medaljoni
– rotkvica
– sezamove sjemenke
– krutoni
– začini: dimljena sol, biber, bosiljak
1. Ispržite meso na maslinovom ulju. Nemojte ih zaboraviti posoliti i pobiberiti.
2. Dok se meso prži isjeckajte povrće koje se može isjeckati i ostavite ih u zdjelu.
3. Kada je meso gotovo, dodajte ih povrću i dodajte začine. Sve dobro promješajte i dodajte krutone i sezamove sjemenke.
Servirajte s nekim zdravim pićem i uživajte!
