This Gluten Free Spaghetti Bolognese Is So Frickin’ Delicious

It's the end of the week and you're probably really tired but hungry. Here's a very easy spaghetti bolognese recipe. You can use gluten free spaghetti or plain old pasta with gluten.

If you're asking yourself why Haris always cooking gluten free meals, here's the answer. My girlfriend has a bit of an allergy to gluten and I just want to make something really tasty that's gluten free, because almost everything gluten free that I've tasted was horrific, so I thought that this would be a great opportunity to make gluten free meals really tasty.

Of course, if you don't have problems with gluten, use regular pasta or flour depending on a recipe.

As I've said, this recipe is pretty easy and tasty, so feel free to make it.

Ingredients:

– gluten free spaghetti
– minced meat – beef
– Barilla basillico sauce
– spices: chive, salt, pepper, basil
– onion
– oregano
– ketchup
– olive oil

1. Boil the spaghetti in a pot with salt and olive oil.

2. Fry the onion with olive oil, and when they become golden then add the meat. Fry it for 10 minutes (add a pinch of salt and pepper) then add the basilicio sauce and a bit of ketchup and a pinch of chive.

3. When the spaghetti are done, add them to the meat and sauce, add a pinch of oregano and stir it.

That's it, the recipe is very easy and it's gluten free.

Sastojci za gluten free bolonjez špagete:

– gluten free špagete
– teleće faširano meso
– Barillinbasillico sos
– začini: vlasac, sol, biber, bosiljak
– luk
– origano
– kečap
– maslinovo ulje

1. Napravite špagete tako što ćete ih skuhati u šerpi s ključalom vodom. Nemojte zaboraviti posoliti i staviti maslinovog ulja.

2. Ispržite luk na maslinovom ulju te kada dobije zlatnu ili smeđkastu boju dodajte meso. Meso pržite 10-ak minuta zatim dodajte sol i biber sos te nastavite kuhati. Dodajte špagete i vlasac te sve dobro promješajte.

3. Kada su špagete gotove, dodajte ih mesu sa sosom te dodajte prstohvat origana i promješajte.

To je to, jedan vrlo jednostavan gluten free recept.

These Are Not Mom's Spaghetti, They Are Mine

So it was Thursday, we had a lot of spinach in the fridge and we wanted to eat healthy-ish. I've already made a similar meal, but I wanted to update it and I did.

Spaghetti with spinach and zucchini with turkey meat and heavy cream is pretty simple to make and it's delicious. If you want a light meal this weekend, just make this. You can make it gluten free or regular.

Ingredients:

– Spaghetti (gluten free or regular)
– half of zucchini
– 300g/10,5oz of spinach
– heavy cream
– turkey white meat
– olive oil
– spices: salt, pepper
– Parmesan cheese

First step for this recipe is to cook the spaghetti. Fill a half of a pot with water, salt it and put two table spoons of olive oil in it. Put the water on the stove and bring it up to a boil. Add the spaghetti (gluten free or regular) and stir them for two or three minutes so it doesn't stick to the pot. Cook the pasta for 8 to 15 minutes, depending if it's regular or gluten free. Pasta is done when you bite a strand and feel no resistance between the teeth – al dente.

So while the pasta is cooking, chop the meat into pieces and fry them on olive oil. Just as the meat starts to get that nice brown colour, add the zucchini (which you slice in small pieces) and stir for a few minutes. Then add the heavy cream and spice it with salt and pepper. Now add spinach and  stir for a couple of minutes. Then add the spaghetti and stir some more and it's done.

Serve it on a plate and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese.

Sastojci za špagete sa špinatom i tikvicama:

– špagete (gluten free ili obične)
– pola tikvice
– 300g špinata
– vrhnje za kuhanje
– pureći medaljoni
– maslinovo ulje
– začini: sol, biber
– permezan

Prvo ćete skuhati špagete. U šerpu naspite vode, do pola, posolite i naspite dvije supene kašike maslinovog ulja. Stavite na vruće kolo i čekajte dok voda ne proključa, a zatim ubacite špagete u vodu. Mješajte pastu nekoliko minuta kako se ne bi zalijepila za šerpu. Kuhajte nekih 8 ili 15 minuta, zavisi od toga da li obične ili gluten free. Špagete su gotovo kada pregrizete jednu i ako je mekana, pasta je gotova.

Dok se pasta kuha, isjeckajte puretinu na komadiće i prepržite na maslinovom ulju. Kada meso dobije smeđkastu boju, dodajte komadiće tikvice i promješajte. Zatim dodajte špinat i vrhnje za kuhanje i začine. Mješajte još koji minut i dodajte špagete. To je to.

Špagete servirajte na tanjir i pospite malo permezanom.

Zucchini Vegetable or Meat Boats – Pretty Delicious To Me

There was a time when I did not like zucchini, but somehow they've started to creep up on me, and now I have a pretty good relationship with them.

Yesterday I've made something that I've called “zucchini boats” with vegetables, but there's a meat one in there. All you need is:

– zucchini
– vegetables: peas, paprika, corn
– onion
– cheese: Mozzarela and Gouda
– smoked meat
– spices: salt, pepper, chili

The recipe is very simple. Wash the zucchinis and slice them in half. Take the insides out with a spoon and make a little boat. Heat a pan or a wok and fry a half of an onion and add vegetables and spices. I've used corn, papirka and peas, but you can use what ever is in the season. While you're frying the vegetables, preheat the oven and put parchment paper on a pan. Put the zucchinis on the paper.

Grate a bit of cheese, Mozzarella and Gouda, and sprinkle it on the zucchinis. If you're a vegetarian just add the vegetables you've fried, if you're not, put a little bit of smoked meat.

So when the vegetables are done, put them on zucchinis and put them in the oven. Bake them for 20-25 minutes. But 3 minutes before you take them out, grate some cheese on them and let is melt.

Take them out the oven and serve it on a plate.

Sastojci za tikvice s povrćem ili mesom:

– tikvice
– povrće: grašak, paprika, kukuruz (iliti Meksička Ledo mješavina)
– luk
– sir: Mozzarela i Gauda
– suho meso
– začini: sol, biber, čili

Isjecite tikvice na pola, zatim kašikom izdubite sredinu. U tavi ili woku ispržite luk i dodajte povrće. Posolite, popiberite i pospite čilija. Dok se prži povrće, izrendajte sira i pospite po tikvicama. Ako volite meso, na neke stavite suhog mesa.

Kada je povrće gotovo, stavite na tikvice, a zatim u rernu gdje ćete peći nekih 25 minuta. Nekoliko minuta prije nego ih izvadite iz rerne, pospite još sira i pustite nekad se istopi.

Servirajte na tanjir i uživajte!
