This Is How I Make Bruschetta – Yes, It's Delicious

These past few days I've been away because we had a few days off. The beginning of May is the Labour day or International Workers’ Day 2017 , so we had a few days off.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina that usually means let's eat a lot of grilled meat. The tradition is tradition so I had to oblige it. My friends and had a really good time grilling ćevapi and sausages, yes, we've put a bit of vegetables on the grill.

On Tuesday I've made burgers for my friends (new burger recipe will be available soon), but today I had to do something healthy. I've made my own version of bruschetta, with tomato, tuna, onions and spices.

You can eat them for breakfast, as I did, or you can eat them as a starter dish, you decide. As every bruschetta recipe, it is very easy to make, just use the good kind of tuna and that's Rio Mare for me.

Ingredients:

– toast, bread
– tuna (Rio Mare brand)
– butter
– an onion
– tomato
– spices: smoked salt, chive, basil

Preparation:

1. Chop a tomato in bowl then chop the onion and add the spices. Stir it and add the tuna. Stir it again.

2. Toast the bread and spread a little bit of butter on it and put the tuna mixutre on the bread.

That's it. This kind of Bruscetta is so delicious, you'd want to eat a lot of it.

Serve with juice if you're eating these for breakfast.

Sastojci za tuna bruskete:

– hljeb
– tuna (Rio Mare)
– maslac
– luk
– paradajz
– začini: dimljena sol, vlasac, bosiljak

Priprema:

1. Isjeckajte paradajz i luk u jednu posudu i dodajte začine. Promješajte i dodajte tunu i ponovo promješajte.

2. Tostirajte hljeb i namažite malo maslaca i na hljeb stavite tuna smjesu.

To je to. Servirajte uz sok, ako jedete za doručak.

These Nutella Muffins Are So Easy To Make – Yes, It's Delicious

Let's talk about Nutella. Do you know anyone who doesn't like Nutella? I don't and I hope I don't meet anyone like that… Just kidding, everyone has their right to love it or not, but seriously, how could someone resist it?

Anyways, today, on the second day of “sweets week”, I've made Nutella muffins, very easy and you'll need only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients:

– 2 cups of Nutella
– 8 tablespoon of flour
– an egg
– 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs
– toasted almonds

Preparation:

1. Put the ingredients in a bowl (but leave a few almonds for decoration) and mix them up with a spoon or a fork. Stir them for a few minutes until you get a paste, which you'll pour into muffins molds.

2. Bake them at 180C/350F for 20 minutes. You'll know that they are done when you poke them with a toothpick and when you take it out, the toothpick is dry.

And that's it…

Serve them with freshly squeezed orange juice or tea.

Sastojci za Nutella muffine:

– 2 šolje Nutella
– 8 supenih kašika brašna
– jaje
– 2 supene kašike mljevene Plazme
– tostirani bademi

Priprema:

1. Sve sastojke sastavite u jednu zdjelu te ih dobro promješajte viljuškom ili kašikom. Kada dobijete smjesu sličnoj samoj Nutelli, te ih zatim prespite u muffin kalupe. Naspite otprilike do pola kalupa.

2. Pecite ih na 180 stepeni nekih 20 minuta. Nakon toga zabodite čačkalicu u muffine, ako je suha, gotovi su, ako nije, pacite i dalje.

For the past few weeks I've made a lot of salads. Not on purpose, I do have to admit that. It came as a suggestion that “we need to eat healthier”.

In a series where I make salads, here's one with turkey meat and all the vegetables that I could find in the fridge. I did not have any Feta cheese, but you can add it if you like it.

I'm preparing for a week in which you'll only get sweet recipes, and that will happen next week, so eats some salad before it starts. I will present you five recipes that you can make in a few minutes but it will so delicious. Until then, enjoy this simple salad recipe.

Ingredients:

– lettuce
– tomatoe
– rucola
– corn
– paprika
– spring onions
– turkey meat
– raddish
– sesame seeds
– croutons
– spices: smoked salt, pepper, basil

1. Fry the turkey meat with olive oil. Don't forget to salt it and put some pepper in it too.

2. While that's cooking, chop the vegetables and put it in a bowl.

3. When the meat is done, combine it with the vegetables and add the spices. Stir it and add the croutons and sesame seeds.

Serve it with a nice healthy drink and enjoy!

– mladi luk
– pureći medaljoni
– rotkvica
– sezamove sjemenke
– krutoni
– začini: dimljena sol, biber, bosiljak

1. Ispržite meso na maslinovom ulju. Nemojte ih zaboraviti posoliti i pobiberiti.

2. Dok se meso prži isjeckajte povrće koje se može isjeckati i ostavite ih u zdjelu.

3. Kada je meso gotovo, dodajte ih povrću i dodajte začine. Sve dobro promješajte i dodajte krutone i sezamove sjemenke.

Servirajte s nekim zdravim pićem i uživajte!
