These past few days I've been away because we had a few days off. The beginning of May is the Labour day or International Workers’ Day 2017 , so we had a few days off.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina that usually means let's eat a lot of grilled meat. The tradition is tradition so I had to oblige it. My friends and had a really good time grilling ćevapi and sausages, yes, we've put a bit of vegetables on the grill.
On Tuesday I've made burgers for my friends (new burger recipe will be available soon), but today I had to do something healthy. I've made my own version of bruschetta, with tomato, tuna, onions and spices.
You can eat them for breakfast, as I did, or you can eat them as a starter dish, you decide. As every bruschetta recipe, it is very easy to make, just use the good kind of tuna and that's Rio Mare for me.
Ingredients:
– toast, bread
– tuna (Rio Mare brand)
– butter
– an onion
– tomato
– spices: smoked salt, chive, basil
Preparation:
1. Chop a tomato in bowl then chop the onion and add the spices. Stir it and add the tuna. Stir it again.
2. Toast the bread and spread a little bit of butter on it and put the tuna mixutre on the bread.
That's it. This kind of Bruscetta is so delicious, you'd want to eat a lot of it.
Serve with juice if you're eating these for breakfast.

Sastojci za tuna bruskete:
– hljeb
– tuna (Rio Mare)
– maslac
– luk
– paradajz
– začini: dimljena sol, vlasac, bosiljak
Priprema:
1. Isjeckajte paradajz i luk u jednu posudu i dodajte začine. Promješajte i dodajte tunu i ponovo promješajte.
2. Tostirajte hljeb i namažite malo maslaca i na hljeb stavite tuna smjesu.
To je to. Servirajte uz sok, ako jedete za doručak.
