The Best Sunny Side Up Breakfast Ever!

This recipe has been in the archive for a couple of weeks.

I've made it a few weekends ago, but I still remember the taste. That's why I've decided to present it to you today. This is the best and easiest breakfast that you make for yourself.

You don't need too many ingredients and it's done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

– egg
– chicken ham
– smoked cheese
– salt
– butter
– fresh basil
– toasted bread

Preparation:

1. Heat a pan and melt a teaspoon of butter. Chop up some chicken ham and fry it.

2. Crack an egg in the same pan with the ham and fry it.

3. Minute before it's done, add the grated cheese and cover the pan.

4. Serve it on a plate with toast and sprinkle it with basil.

– pileća šunka
– dimljeni sir
– sol
– maslac
– svježi bosiljak
– tost hljeb

Priprema:

1. Zagrijte tavu i istopite čajnu kašiku maslaca. Isjeckajte šunku i prepržite.

2. “Ubijte” jaje u istu tavu sa šunkom i ispržite.

3. Minutu prije nego je jaje gotovo, dodajte izrendani sir i prekrijte tavu.

4. Servirajte na tanjiru sa šunkom i pospite bosiljka.

This Is The Best Baked Chicken Sandwich Ever! Yes, it is! Really!

I'm pretty proud of my next creation.

If you love chicken, you'll love this sandwich. you can enjoy it with Pepsi or a cold beer. Try it, and let me know if you like it.

Ingredients:

– chicken file
– breadcrumbs
– flour
– egg
– sesame
– cheese
– pickles
– onion
– spices: basil, Vegeta, chili
– sauce: ketchup, mayo, oregano
– bun

Preparation:

1. Take three plates or bowls and put flour, breadcrumbs and an egg which you'll have to beat. Cut the chicken file as you seen in the pictures, and dip them in flour, egg then breadcrumbs. But don't forget to put the spices and sesame in the breadcrumbs.

2. Put the chicken on a pan with parchment paper and then put it in the preheated oven at 275C/525F. Bake until they get that awesome brown colour.

3. Slice the onion and fry it on butter. Leave it aside until the chicken is done.

4. Make the sauce. Mix the ketchup (2 tablespoons), mayo (1 tablespoon) and oregano (1 teaspoon of oregano) in a bowl and spread it on the bun.

5. When the chicken is almost done put a few slices of cheese on a few pieces of chicken. when the cheese has melted, and the chicken is done, put the onion on the bun, then add the chicken, put some sauce on the chicken and finish the sandwich with pickles.

It's that easy and delicious.

Sastojci:

– pileći file
– prezla
– brašno
– jaje
– sesam
– sir
– kiseli krastavci
– luk
– začini: bosiljak, Vegeta, čili
– sos: kečap, majoneza, origano
– pecivo

Priprema:

1. U tri tanjira naspite brašno, prezlu i umutite jaje. Pileći file izrežite na šnicle i zatim uvaljajte u brašno, pa jaje i prezlu u koju ćete staviti začine.

2. Takvu piletinu stavite na papir za pečnje i na tepsiju, koju ćete zatim staviti u zagrijanu rernu na 275C. Pecite dok ne dobiju smeđkastu boju.

3. Isjeckajte luk i ispržite na luku. Kada je gotov, ostavite sa strane dok se piletine ne ispeče.

4. Napravite sos. U malu zdjelu stavite kečapa (2 supene kašike), majonezu (jedna supena kašika) i origana (jedna čajna kašika). Sve to smiksajte i namažite na pecivo.

5. Kada je piletina skoro pa gotova, stavite nekoliko kriški sira ne neke od komada piletine. Kada se sir istopio i piletina ispekla, stavite luk na pecivo, onda naredajte piletinu, na koju ćete staviti i malo sosa i sendvič završite s nekoliko kiselih krastavaca na vrhu.

Lako za napraviti, a pravo ukusno.

Gluten Free Buckwheat Pancakes With Maple Syrup And Fruit

It's time for one of the most perfect sweet summer recipes.

As you probably know, my girlfriend has a bit of an allergy towards gluten, so sometimes I have to make something gluten free that's actually good. I've been looking for pancakes that are gluten free and good, so I've made something that worth to eat.

Buckwheat gluten free pancakes are maybe even better than plain flour ones… No just kidding, but they are pretty good. Check the recipe below and decide on your own.

Ingredients:

– 150g of buckwheat flour (gluten free)
– 100g of gluten free flour
– 1 tablespoon of baking soda
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– 1 small package of baking powder
– an egg
– vanilla extract
– 1 cup of milk (I've used lactose free milk)
– gluten free maple syrup
– fruit of your choosing

Preparation:

1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them up. In another bowl mix your liquid ingredients. Then combine them together and mix for 5 minutes.

2. Put a little bit of vegetable oil on a pan and spread it with a kitchen towel. Preheat the pan and pour the mixture in a size of a pancake.

3. When you're done with pancakes, stack them on a plate and pour the syrup and put the fruit of your choosing.

Sastojci za gluten free heljdine palačinke s javorovim sirupom i voćem:

– 150g heljdinog gluten free brašna
– 100g gluten free brašna
– 1 supena kašika sode bikarbone
– 1 supena kašika šećera
– 1 pakovanje praška za pecivo
– jaje
– ekstrakt vanilije (1 čajna kašika)
– 1 šolja mlijeka (koristio sam mlijeko bez laktoze)
– gluten free javorov sirup
– voće po želji

Priprema:

1. Spojite suhe sastojke u zdjelu i izmješajte, a u drugu tečne, koje ćete također izmješati. Spojite suhe i tečne sastojke jednu zdjelu i dobro izmiksajte, po mogućnosti 5 minuta.

2. Stavite malo ulja na tavu i razmažite kuhinjskim papirom i stavite da se ugrije. Kada se ugrijala, sipajte smjesu u obliku palačinka i pecite.

3. Kada su sve palačinke gotove, poredajte ih jedno na drugo, pospite sirupom i dodajte voće.
