Orange And Strawberry Milkshake – Taste My New Milkshake

Summer is almost here, although you can't feel it here in Sarajevo. But I want to prepare you guys for summer, so here's another awesome milkshake.

This one is a blend of fruit and coconut milk, with vanilla and caramel. you will have to buy 4 ingredients, one is just water in a solid form.

Orange and strawberry milkshake is perfect for those summer hot days and nights. You will want to enjoys these everyday, but don't worry I have a lot more stored for summer.

Ingredients:

– strawberries
– orange
– caramel – vanilla spice
– coconut milk
– ice

Preparation:

1. Put a cup of strawberries in a slicer or a blender and add an orange.

2. Add the coconut milk as well as the spices and 3 cubes of ice.

3. Press the button on the slicer or the blender and slice/blend it for a minutes.

4. Pour it in a glass and drink.

Enjoy!

– kokosovo mlijeko
– led

Priprema:

1. Stavite 1 šolju jagoda i jednu narandžu u sjeckalicu ili blender.

2. Dodajte kokosovo mlijeko kao i začin te 3 kocke leda.

3. Pritisnite dugme na sjeckalici ili blenderu i pustite neka uradi svoje 1 minut.

4. Naspite u čašu i popijte.

I Think I've Made The Most Perfect Burger With Homemade Buns

I think I've made the most perfect burger ever!

I've made it, as my friend Žarko would say, entirely from scratch but you want get the recipe for the bun until the next week. Sorry about that.

Why is this burger so perfect? It's all bout the simple things that go into it. I've bought the meat at a local butcher shop (always remember to support your local butcher shop), vegetables at the market, so you have a lot of freshness in it. The preparation process is below the picture, so feel free to make it as soon as possible.

Ingredients:

– 150g/5.30oz of beef (minced)
– sausage
– Gouda cheese
– lettuce
– tomato
– spices: chive, smoked meat, pepper
– fresh basil
– olive oil
– sauce: ketchup, mayo, oregano, chili
– homemade bun

Preparation:

1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the spices and olive oil and mix it. Form a ball then a patty and leave it in a fridge for a half an hour on a parchment paper.

2. While you're waiting for the meat make the fries. You can find the recipe here.

3. Grill the sausage on a grill pan, preferably an iron cast grill pan because you don't have to use olive oil. While you're frying the sausage, fry the patty with it.

4. While the meat is grilling (don't forget to melt the cheese on the patty), make the sauce and prepare the salad and the tomato. Just slice it, not much work there. Make the sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of ketchup and one tablespoon of mayo and add the spices. Stir it and spread it on the bun. And again homemade bun recipe will be posted on the blog soon, so please use any bun you like.

5. When the patty is almost done, slice a bit of cheese and put it on the meat. Cover it with a lid so the cheese melts.

6. Put together your burger by spreading the sauce, then put the lettuce and tomato (sprinkle with a bit of smoked salt), then the meat, then the sausage.

Serve it with the curry french fries and beer.

– 150g junećeg faširanog mesa
– roštiljska kobasica
– sir Gauda
– salata
– paradajz
– začini: vlasac, dimljena sol, biber
– svježi bosiljak
– maslinovo ulje
– sos: kečap, majoneza, origano, čili
– domaće pecivo

Priprema:

1. Stavite meso u zdjelu, dodajte začine i bosiljak, maslinovo ulje i sve promješajte. Formirajte pljesku i ostavite u frižider na papiru za kuhanje na pola sata.

2. Dok je meso u frižideru, pripremite pomfrit. Recept pronađite ovdje.

3. Grilujte kobasicu na grill tavi (ne zaboravite istopiti sir na pljeski), pogotovo ako imate tavu od punog željeza. Na njoj ćete pržiti i burger.

4. Dok se meso prži, napravite sos i pripremite salatu i paradajz. Samo jednu lisku salate i jednu krišku paradajza. Sos ćete napraviti tako što ćete u malu zdjelu nasuti 2 supene kašike kečapa i jednu majoneze i dodajte origano i čili. Promješajte i namažite sos na pecivo. Možete napraviti domaće ili kupite neko burger pecivo.

6. Sastavite burger tako što ćete na sos staviti salatu pa paradajz (kojeg ćete posoliti s dimljenom soli), onda stavite meso i kobasicu.

Servirajte s curry pomfritom i pivom.

This Crepe Cake Is So Frickin’ Delicious!

It's the final day of “sweets week” here on Take Me To Food and I wanted to make something special.

I like to make unusual cakes, so I remembered that a couple of years ago I've made a crepe cake for my friends birthday. It was just a simple crepe cake with Nutella, but I wanted to change this one a bit, so here it is.

Crepe cakes are very delicious and pretty easy to make, it's just that the process is a bit long, it might ruin the experience, but when you make you'll forget about the hard work.

Ingredients:

– 250ml/8.4oz of milk
– 3 glasses of water
– an egg
– a pinch of salt
– 300g/10.6oz of flour
– 200g/7oz of cocoa
– Nutalla or melted dark chocolate
– heavy cream
– caramel and vanilla spice

Preparation:

1. Make the crepe mixture by pouring milk, water, flour, cracking an egg and adding a pinch of salt into a bowl. Mix it with mixer and they fry the crepes. After you make 7 of those, add the cocoa to the mixture and mix it again. Then fry the rest of the mixture.

2. Make the heavy cream. Pour the cream into a bowl and mix it.

3. Put one crepe with plain flour on the plate and spread some heavy cream then put the one with cocoa and spread the heavy cream again. Put a bit of Nutella or melted chocolate between some of the crepes.

4. Top everything with this awesome caramel and vanilla spice.

Serve it and enjoy it!

Sastojci za tortu od palačinaka:

– 250ml mlijeka
– 3 čaše vode
– jaje
– prstohvat soli
– 300g brašna
– 200g kakao
– Nutalla ili istopljena čokolada za kuhanje
– šlag krema
– karamel-vanilija začin

Priprema:

1. Prvo ćete napraviti palačinke (očigledno). U zdjelu naspite mlijeko, vodu, ubijte jedno jaje, prstohvat soli i brašno. Mikserom ismiksajte i ispržite palačinke. Nakon što napravite sedam komada, dodajte kakao i miksajte ponovo i ispržite ostatak smjese.

2. Izmiksajte šlag. Jednostavno naspite šlag smjesu i miksajte.

3. Zatim jedan bijeli plačainak stavite na tanjir te namažite šlag, zatim stavite jedan s kakaom i namažite šlagom i tako sve do kraja, ali na nekoliko namažite Nutellu ili istopljenu čokoladu.

4. Pospite sa žačinom od karamele i vanilije.
