Different kind of wrap – try it today!

While we wait for the sun to come (Sarajevo weather is pretty crappy these days), I'm going to present to you “some kind of sandwiches”.

Today on the menu it's a different kind of wrap, a sausage wrap. Check the recipe below.

Ingredients:

– sausage
– smoked cheese
– tomato sauce
– smoked salt
– tortillas

Preparation:

1. Grilled the sausages and after that slice them up.

2. Heat the tortillas on a pan for 10 seconds per side, you can also heat them in a microwave.

3. Spread the sauce on the tortilla and sprinkle grated smoked cheese and a pinch of salt. Put the sausage and wrap them.

4. Put the tortillas on a pan and put them in a preheated oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.

Take them out and serve on a plate. You can put some more cheese on them or sauce.

Sastojci za wrap s kobajom:

– kobaje
– dimljeni sir
– paradajz sos
– dimljena sol
– tortilje

Priprema:

1. Grilujte kobasice i isjeckajte ih na komadiće.

2. Zagrijte tortilje na tavi ili u rerni na 20 sekundi. 10 sekundi po jednoj strani.

3. Namažite sos na tortilje, pospite izrendani sir i malo soli. Stavite kobaje i smotajte wrap.

4. Takve tortilje stavite na tepsiju i stavite u zagrijanu rernu na nekoliko minuta da se istopi sir.

Kada se istopi sir izvadite tortilje iz rerne i servirajte na tanjir.

My Kind Of Risotto, Very Simple, Very Delicious And It's Gluten Free

I must admit, I hate cooking rice.Just hate it. It's the weirdest thing to make, but for some reason, I love making risotto.

First time I've made risotto was actually this year and every time I've made it, it tasted so amazing. so I wanted to share my simple risotto recipe with you, before I start experimenting with it and make it difficult to make it, even for myself… (Just kidding)

Ingredients:

– gluten free rice
– turkey meat
– an onion
– spices: salt, pepper, oregano

Preparation:

1. Fry the onion in wok or a pot. Use olive or vegetable oil. When the onion becomes brownish add the gluten free rice. I usually add 2 cups, because I can eat a lot. Fry the rice until the edge of the grain become almost see-through.

2. Start adding the water. At this point, you have to cook the risotto for 40 minutes on medium temperature. Add a cup of water every time it evaporates.

3. Add the spices as much as you want.

4. Take another pan and fry the meat. Fry it on olive oil and add the spices.

5. When the risotto is done (see the consistency in the pictures), serve it on a plate. Put the meat over it or add it in the risotto while you're cooking.

Serve it on a plate with seasonal salad.

Sastojci za rižoto s purećim mesom:

– gluten free riža
– pureći medaljoni
– luk
– začini: sol, biber, origano

Priprema:

1. Ispržite luk na maslinovom ili biljnom ulju. Posolite i pržite dok ne dobije smeđkastu boju. Zatim dodajte 2 šolje riže i pržite dok rubovi zrna ne postanu skoro pa prozirni.

2. Počnite dodavati vodu. Rižoto ćete ovako kuhati 40 minuta na srednjoj temperaturi, dodavajući šolju ili čašu vode. Dodajte vodu svaki put kada ispari.

3. Dodajte začinie, onoliko koliko želite.

4. U drugoj tavi ispržite meso. Pržite na maslinovom ulju i dodajte začine.

5. Kada je rižoto gotov (izgled gotovo jela pogledajte na slikama), servirajte na tanjir uz sezonsku salatu. Meso stavite na rižoto ili ubacite u rižoto tokom kuhanja.

2 Ingredient Coffee Biscuits – No Bake

It's coffee time! Sort of…

The other day I wanted to make something with coffee, so I've made these coffee biscuits. You'll need only 2 ingredients and there's no need to bake them. follow the easy recipe and enjoy them in couple of hours.

Ingredients:

– coockie crumbs (Plazma)
– 3/4 cup of Nescafe Gold blend coffee

Preparation:

1. Make a cup of Nescafe Gold coffee. I usually heat the water, bring it up to a boil and pour it into a cup with a teaspoon of Nes Gold coffee, or a teaspoon and a half, depending on a size of the cup.

2. Pour 3/4 cup of chilled coffee into a bowl with 250g/9oz of cookie crumbs (drink the rest of the coffee). Here in Bosnia and the region have this awesome Plazma cookies, and there is the grounded version, which is great for this recipe. Mix temp up and put the mixture in muffin molds and put them in the fridge. Add more of cookie crumbs if needed. Leave them over night or for a couple of hours.

3. Take them out and slice them up or not, you can eat them as muffins if you're lazy.

Serve them in a plate and enjoy!

Sastojci za kekse od kafe:

– mljevena Plazma
– 1 šolja skuhane Nes Gold kafe

Priprema:

1. Skuhajte kafu, ali samo jednu šolju. Jednostavno pustite da voda provri, a zatim je naspite u šolju s kafom (jedna čajna kašika ili jedna i pol, zavisno od veličine čaše).

2. Prospite 3/4 šolje ohlađene Nes Gold kafe u zdjelu u koju ćete dodati 250g Plazme, ali dodjete još ukoliko je potrebno. Sve dobro promješajte, a zatim prespite u muffine kalupe. Ostavite ih u frižider na nekoliko sati ili preko noći.

3. Izvadite iz frižidera i izrežite na komade, kao što vidite na slici ili ostavite kao muffine, ako ste lijeni.

Servirajte na tanjiru i uživajte!
