I must admit, I hate cooking rice.Just hate it. It's the weirdest thing to make, but for some reason, I love making risotto.
First time I've made risotto was actually this year and every time I've made it, it tasted so amazing. so I wanted to share my simple risotto recipe with you, before I start experimenting with it and make it difficult to make it, even for myself… (Just kidding)
Ingredients:
– gluten free rice
– turkey meat
– an onion
– spices: salt, pepper, oregano
Preparation:
1. Fry the onion in wok or a pot. Use olive or vegetable oil. When the onion becomes brownish add the gluten free rice. I usually add 2 cups, because I can eat a lot. Fry the rice until the edge of the grain become almost see-through.
2. Start adding the water. At this point, you have to cook the risotto for 40 minutes on medium temperature. Add a cup of water every time it evaporates.
3. Add the spices as much as you want.
4. Take another pan and fry the meat. Fry it on olive oil and add the spices.
5. When the risotto is done (see the consistency in the pictures), serve it on a plate. Put the meat over it or add it in the risotto while you're cooking.
Serve it on a plate with seasonal salad.

Sastojci za rižoto s purećim mesom:
– gluten free riža
– pureći medaljoni
– luk
– začini: sol, biber, origano
Priprema:
1. Ispržite luk na maslinovom ili biljnom ulju. Posolite i pržite dok ne dobije smeđkastu boju. Zatim dodajte 2 šolje riže i pržite dok rubovi zrna ne postanu skoro pa prozirni.
2. Počnite dodavati vodu. Rižoto ćete ovako kuhati 40 minuta na srednjoj temperaturi, dodavajući šolju ili čašu vode. Dodajte vodu svaki put kada ispari.
3. Dodajte začinie, onoliko koliko želite.
4. U drugoj tavi ispržite meso. Pržite na maslinovom ulju i dodajte začine.
5. Kada je rižoto gotov (izgled gotovo jela pogledajte na slikama), servirajte na tanjir uz sezonsku salatu. Meso stavite na rižoto ili ubacite u rižoto tokom kuhanja.
