The “I call him ‘The Beast’, but he can call himself what ever he wants” burger

Every morning when I wake up I think of burgers. Don't laugh, it's true. I don't think about eating the burger, it's just a thought of creating a new delicious burger that I can call “The Best Burger In The World”.

In that pursuit, I got to this awesome burger. I say “Double the patty, double the fun”, and there's a thick slice of smoked cheese with chili. Check it out below.

Ingredients:

– 200g/7oz of minced beef
– 2 table spoons ketchup
– 1 table spoon mayo
– pinch of oregano
– smoked cheese with chili
– paprika
– lettuce
– pickles
– spices: salt, pepper, chive
– table spoon of olive oil
– bun

Put the meat in a bowl and add spices in with olive oil and mix. Divide the mixture and form two patties and put them on a preheated grill skillet. Grill it for 7-8 minutes on both sides. A few minutes before it's done, put a thicker slice of smoked cheese with chili on the meat. Don't let it melt.

While the meat is grilling, prepare the sauce. Put the ketchup and mayo in a small bowl, add oregano and mix… That's it.

Meat is still probably grilling, so what you can do, is prepare the lettuce and the bun. Grill the bun and paprika on the skillet and then put some sauce on the bun, and lettuce and paprika. Then add both patties. Put pickles on them and finish it with a bun.

Serve them with beer and enjoy!

Sastojci:

– 200g telećeg faširanog mesa
– 2 supene kašike kečapa
– 1 supena kašika majoneze
– origano
– dimljeni sir s čilijem
– paprika
– salata
– kiseli krastavci
– začini: sol, biber, vlasac
– supena kašika maslinovog ulja
– pecivo

U zdjelu stavite meso, dodajte začine i maslinovo ulje, dobro promješajte i podijelite na dva dijela i formirajte pljeske. Meso zatim stavite na grill tavu i pržite 7-8 minuta s obje strane. Nekoliko minuta prije nego je gotovo, na meso stavite deblju krišku sira. Nemojte dozvoliti da se istopi, dovoljno je da se malo potpari.

Sos ćete napraviti kao i uvijek do sada. U malu zdjelu stavite kečap i majonezu te dodajte origano. Sve dobro promješajte i to je to.

Dok se meso prži, pecivo izrežite i stavite malo na grill tavu. Isto to uradite i sa paprikom, samo je prethodno operite, kao i salatu. Zatim na pecivo namažite sos, stavite salatu, papriku i kada je meso gotovo poredajte jedno na drugo. Na meso stavite kiseli krastavac i prekrijte s pecivom, na koje ćete namazati sos.

Servirajte uz pivo ili colu!
