Cheese Muffin For Work Lunch – Must Try

The week of “take me to work lunch” meals has begun.

I've wanted to do this for some time, but never got it, due to video recipes or something else and of course there's the private life.

This week, except Wednesday, that's the day I post another Burger show episode, you'll get to enjoy something different for lunch. I myself have gotten into a circle of eat the same things for lunch and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So here's the first recipe. Cheese muffins witch you can eat with a bit of ham, spread or butter.

P.S. Sorry about the low quality of the pictures, for some reason my kitchen get very dark during the summer so I had to improvise.

Ingredients:

– 3 cups flour
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 1 cup of grated cheese (Gouda or trappist)
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– 2/3 cup of milk
– 1 egg

Preparation:

1. Combine milk, egg, oil, salt and cheese in a bowl and mix them together.

2. Slowly add the flour while stirring.

3. When you've added the flour stir it for 5 minutes.

4. Grease the muffin pan with a bit of butter and pour the mixture in the pan.

5. Put it in a preheated oven at 275C525Fand baked them for 20 minutes, or until get a nice looking brown colour.

You can leave them over night and take them to work and eat them with chicken ham or a bit of butter.

Sastojci za slane muffine:

– 3 šolje brašna
– 1 supena kašika soli
– 1 šolje izrendanog sira (Gauda ili trapist)
– 1/3 šolje maslinovog ulja
– 2/3 šolje milijeka
– 1 jaje

1. U zdjelu spojite mlijeko, jaje, ulje, sol i sir te dobro promješajte.

2. Smjesi polako dodajte brašno dok mješate.

3. Kada ste dodali brašno, nastavite miješati još 5 minuta.

4. Podmažite muffin kalup maslacem i dodajte mješavinu.

5. Kalup stavite u već zagrijanu rernu na 375 stepeni i pecite 20 minuta ili dok ne dobije smeđkastu boju.

Muffine možete ostaviti preko noći i ponijeti na posao, gdje ih možete servirati s nekim namazom, šunkom ili maslacem.
