Scrambled Eggs and Tuna Salad – Yes, It's Delicious

If you're reading this, you know it's Monday and it's time for something new and delicious here on my blog.

I don't post during the weekend, mostly due to the fact that I'm cooking a lot or just doing something else. The weather in Sarajevo these days is amazing, so why not go out. But don't worry, I have a lot of recipes for you.

I'm starting this week of with scrambled eggs and tuna salad. To be honest, I did not hear about anyone making this together. I have made it before and I had to do it for the blog.

Spring is finally here, has been for weeks and the whole city is green and fresh, so why not make eggs and salad.

Ingredients:

– 3 eggs
– Gouda cheese
– lettuce
– spring onions
– paprika
– radish
– tuna
– olive oil
– Feta cheese
– spices: smoked salt, pepper, basil

First we're going to start with salad. Wash the vegetables and chop them up, which ever the way you want to, I am not your boss, so you can do that part which ever the way you want to. After that, put the vegetables in a bowl, add a table spoon of olive oil, spices and tuna from a can. I usually use Rio Mare brand, but I don't know where you are in the world so use the one that you think is the best. Stir them up and leave them for a few minutes while you make scrambled eggs.

Heat the pan and put a table spoon or a half of butter and let it melt. Crack 3 eggs and stir. Salt them and add a bit of Gouda cheese. Just slice them up in there and stir until it melts.

Serve both eggs and salad on a plate. Sprinkle some basil (spice) over the plate or add fresh basil. Also put a bit of Feta cheese on the salad. You can also toast some bread for this recipe.

Sastojci za kajganu i salatu od tunjevine:

– 3 jajeta
– Gauda sir
– salata
– mladi luk
– paprika
– rotkvica
– feta sir
– tuna
– maslinovo ulje
– začini: dimljena sol, biber, bosiljak (može i svjež)

Prije nego napravite kajganu, prvo ćete napraviti salatu. Operite povrće i isjeckajte na komadiće, kako god želite. Sve to stavite u zdjelu i dodajte maslinovo ulje, začine i tunjevinu. Ako me pratite duže vrijeme, znate da ja najviše volim Rio Mare, ali vi koristite koju god želite. Sve to dobro promješajte i ostavite sa strane dok se kajgana isprži.

Na vrućoj tavi istopite maslaca te “ubijte” 3 jajata. Promješajte te dodajte sol i gaude sira. Ne morate pretjerati, dovoljno je da jednu tanju krišku isječete na komadiće, ali možete dodati više ako želite. Umutite sve dok se sir ne istopi i to je to.

Servirajte na tanjiru s tuna salatom. Pospite bosiljka po tanjiru i dodajte malo Feta sira. Uz ovo jelo možete tostirati hljeb.
